The maize flour production process can be divided into maize cleaning process and maize flour milling process. Below is the detailed explanation about maize flour production.
Maize Flour Production Process
Maize from the barn enters into the elevator and is lifted into the magnetic separator installed on the vibrating sifter to remove the magnetic substances, and then into the vibrating sifter to remove the large impurities, small impurities in the maize by using the different size of maize and impurities. When the maize go through the outlet suction air duct of the vibrating sifter, the deduster fan will remove the light impurities. After sieving, the maize is put into the suction specific gravity grading stone-removing machine by the secondary lift.
