Recently, the mayor of a city in Zimbabwe visited a local 100TPD Maize Processing Plant Project. The plant is the latest cooperation project between ABC Machinery and our Zimbabwean client.
All the highly efficient maize mill machines for the maize flour mill plant was supplied by ABC Machinery, and we also provided on-site installation and commissioning services, which ultimately ensured the successful delivery of the flour mill project on time.
The mayor and his party deeply understood the construction situation and progress of the large-scale maize processing project, and made the following statement.
This customer is a Pakistani who has a steel mill in Zimbabwe, which he also buys from China. The demand for flour in Zimbabwe is high, but the capacity is not enough. The customer sees this as a business opportunity, for this reason he decided to buy a set of advanced maize flour milling equipment from China to expand his investment business to the flour mill industry.

ABC Machinery's cooperation with Zimbabwe 100T/D maize milling project adopts advanced production process technology.
Firstly, local high-quality maize is purchased, and the maize is subjected to cleaning steps: one sieving, one de-stoning, and one magnetic separation to remove large, medium, and small impurities and magnetic materials from the maize. (Read More: Wheat Cleaing Process Steps>>)
The material then enters the flour mill machines for fine grinding, sieving and purification steps. Finally, the corn flour is automatically bagged and sealed by the automatic packaging equipment equipped by ABC Machinery to ensure product hygiene and safety.
