Q: Can wheat, maize, sorghum and rice be processed by the same milling plant?
A: As the process ability of different raw materials vary, if user utilize one set of milling machine to process different materials, the roller parameters are hard to set. As a result, when in production, the flow rates are different, and materials are difficult to clear up, 2 kinds of flours tend to mix together.
Q: Can the output rate of 1st Grade wheat flour reach 75%?
A: The 1
st Grade wheat flour standard varies in different countries. Generally the ash content determines the grade of wheat flour: the lower ash content is, the higher quality it is. The ash content can be determined by flour processing technology, but most important will be wheat quality, which means, the higher grade wheat is (the higher unit weight it is), the lower ash content there will be in wheat flour. Besides, the endosperm content in wheat is usually around 70%. When the higher grade the wheat is, the higher endosperm content it has, as a result, the lower ash content there will be in final flour. Ash content of 0.55 is relatively low. But even if the wheat is in very good quality, no one can guarantee that the 75% output rate can reach <0.55 ash content, only a proportion, say, 40-45%. The ash content of rest part is around 0.7, so that output rate is 75%. Therefore, co-production can realize the purpose of making good flour with high output rate.
Q: Is FS series flour milling machine only used to process wheat? Can it mill the raw material fully in one time?
A: it is most suitable for wheat. Others like maize are in big particles. Therefore they need different roller parameters and feeding rollers. If you want to process several kinds of grains, it is advised to determine a main raw material. But the processing result may not be so good. Generally you need to grind the raw material for 3-5 times.
Q: If there are 2 storage silos for soybean and sorghum with capacity 5000ton, can they use the same system?
A: Since soybean and sorghum are different, if you use the same elevating and delivering system, they may probably mix together. So it is suggested to separate the elevating and delivering systems, which means these 2 silos are independent.
Q: what is the water consumption of wheat brush machine?
A: The water consumption of wheat brush machine is 1:1, which means 1ton of wheat needs 1ton water. If it is short of water at local, the water can be decreased to 0.6-0.7ton for 1ton wheat. But the scum shall be skimmed off in time. Generally the more water this brush machine consumes, the better cleaning effect it is.
Q: Does 40tpd wheat flour production line needs 40ton wheat socking bin? While 60tpd wheat flour milling needs 60ton wheat socking bin?
A: For
40tpd wheat flour production line, the wheat socking bin shall be larger than 40ton, usually around 50ton. While for 60tpd flour milling, a 70-80ton wheat socking bin is required.
