Mini Wheat Flour Milling Process

The complete wheat flour production process of mini wheat flour mill plant consists of cleaning and flour milling.

• Raw Materials Cleaning Stage

Wheat enters the cleaning sieve through the hopper to remove stones and impurities to become net wheat. Enter the spiral agitator. Stir and wash with water to remove the dust and microorganisms on the surface of the wheat, and then store it in the moist silo for 12 to 24 hours to increase the moisture, toughness of the wheat skin, the wheat whiteness and quality grade, reduce the breakage.

• Flour Milling Stage

With the help of a high-pressure centrifugal fan, the clean wheat passes through the third feeder into the state of milling. Two pairs of roller mills process one skin at the same time. The milled bran powder mixture is lifted from the wind net to the air sieve. The flour is blown into the powder collector. Grinding and powdering. All the flour sifted from the wind sieve is sent to the powder collector and separated by the cyclone separator to obtain flour. The dusty air is filtered through the cloth cylinder, and the clean air is discharged out of the machine, without polluting the environment and reducing flour loss. The sifted bran is brushed out of unsifted flour by a bran brushing machine. The bran is stored as a by-product and used as feed.
