There are many factors that cause low output to wheat flour mills, so new operators shall pay attention to these factors. Below are frequently seen ones:
The capacity of grinding material: after previous processing, as endosperm is scraped, the unit weight of material is gradually lightened by going through bran milling, and therefore the unit capacity of flour mills is decreased.
The height of grinding teeth: in the flour milling process, with gradual abrasion, the grinding teeth become hard to grasp material, as a result, the slide on grinding roller surface increases, which causes the moving speed of material in grinding zone to decrease. At the same time, as the height of grinding teeth decreases, the material in the grinding teeth gap also decreases, therefore the productivity of wheat flour mills is decreased.
The particle uniformity of material that enters the same grinding system: if the particle size of the material that enters the same grinding system differs greatly, those small particles are not are to be grinded; in consequence, the function of flour mills is not fully exerted, and ultimately the output is decreased.
The material grinding degree: when operating the flour mills, the length of grinding area increases with the decrease of the rolling distance, and the number of the action teeth of the quick roller on the material is increased, but the unit flow rate of the flour mill is reduced correspondingly.
Wheat moisture content: Too much water content of wheat will cause flour mill production to reduce.
